Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor transforms the world of Hoxxes into a single-player survivor-like auto-shooter. Weapons attack automatically while the player focuses on movement, mining resources, positioning and selecting upgrades that can dramatically change the direction and power of each run.
Mining remains an important part of the experience rather than simple background decoration, creating additional decisions about which routes and resources are worth pursuing. Permanent progression unlocks new equipment and possibilities for future attempts, but unlike the original Deep Rock Galactic, Survivor is built entirely around a solo experience.
