Destiny
A shared-world shooter from Bungie that mixes first-person combat with online role-playing elements.
Destiny is a first-person shooter from Bungie that adds massively multiplayer elements, though Bungie describes it as a shared-world shooter rather than a traditional MMO. Its universe is meant to feel alive, with in-game events not fully controlled by the developer. Instead of letting every player see every other, it uses on-the-fly matchmaking so players meet only certain others. Single-player, co-op and multiplayer modes are listed, so it fits solo players as well as groups playing online.
