Katawa Shoujo
A visual novel set in a school for disabled students, with five separate story paths.
Katawa Shoujo is a bishoujo-style visual novel set at the fictional Yamaku High School for disabled children in modern Japan. You follow Hisao Nakai, who transfers there after a congenital heart defect and a long hospital stay, and you gradually build friendships and perhaps romance. The story branches into five main paths, one for each of the main female characters. It is a single-player PC game that suits readers who like character-driven stories with multiple routes.
