Sid Meier's Civilization VI is a turn-based 4X strategy game in which players guide a civilization from its founding through multiple eras. They explore a procedurally generated map, found cities, research technologies, develop culture and conduct diplomacy. Victory can come through military, scientific, cultural, religious or diplomatic routes. Districts are placed on tiles around a city rather than stacked in its center, which makes geography matter. It supports single player and multiplayer, so it suits both solo strategists and groups.
